How do I cancel my account and delete all my files?

 

You may cancel your account at any time and have all your files deleted from the GreatNannies web site. Here's how:

1. Be sure you are signed in.
   
   
2. Roll your mouse over the "My Account" menu at the top of any page.
   
   
3. Click on the "Cancel account" link which is the last menu item under My Account.

If you'd like to save your account but take it offline, simply deactivate. Once you cancel your account, all your information, email and photos will be deleted from the GreatNannies web server. This request cannot be undone.
