Au Pair's Message to Families

First let me introduce myself. Romina I am and I have 19 years old, I am studying business administration at the Catholic University of Bolivia. I was born in the city of La Paz, Bolivia, which is the country where I currently live.

Well in think I am a really open person, positive, mature, dedicated, responsible, fun, kind, friendly , caring with plenty of energy, enthusiasm and independent. What I like to do in my spare time is to listen to music, I like to go out with friends, read some books , take pictures, watch movies, make desserts, running, knowing new places, dancing, meeting new people I think that’s some of the things that I like to do.

Well, my children experience started a couple of years ago when I’ve started to taking care some weekends of 2 kids of my neighbors and the last couple of months I’ve been working in a little daycare called “Rice with milk”, this job really allowed me to know more the kids, to be honest when I started with the job I was a little bit scared just because I didn’t know how to deal with more than 2 kids, and because I don’t have any brothers or sisters, I’ve never had the big sister experience but I get used to it really fast and I enjoy the experience a lot! I think that experience was the most amazing that i had so far.

I have decided to be an Au Pair in the United States of America because I hope it can help improve my English, my career, be more responsible, and overall just being a better person. I would also like to meet new friends, become a member of a new family, get to know the United States of America and the culture because I’ve always wanted to know the country since it seems to me a very interesting nation I think this is the ideal way ideal way to make everything that I set. I am looking forward to learning all about your country and I would like to become a part of your family.
