Au Pair or Nanny job description
First and foremost I need to specify that I need an Au Pair very soon. Therefore I have to limit potential candidates to people who are already in Canada or have visas as I am not able to wait for someone to obtain them. Secondly, please note that I am looking for short term at first. There have been several people who have contacted me but are looking for minimum of 12 - 24 months and I need someone only for 2 months at first. An extension would be decided during that trial period.

Family's Message to Au Pair or Nanny
We are a Canadian/Mexican family looking for a fun, energetic and flexible nanny. We have 4 kids, ages 13, 2, 1 and 1 month. Our oldest is obviously very independent but our three youngest need a lot of care and attention. Currently my husband works out of town 4 - 5 days a week and I amworking 12 hour night shifts so we need a nanny with a flexible schedule. The job is for a few months with the strong possibility of lasting much longer. I am looking for someone who has experience with newborns and feels confident in dealing with 3 small children. I'd like someone who has a few years experience and likes to do activities and is able to prepare and make meals. A spanish speaking nanny is a bonus but not required.
