Au Pair job description
The position would require a little flexibility as it is our first time hiring an au pair. A couple of nights a week to babysit for sure so we can go to band rehearsal (musicians) and a few days a week being completely available for the family. Very flexible working hours though as we are both self employed and don't work everyday. We live in a loft and would provide a spacious room to sleep but would have to share our bathroom. We would expect someone who could also do errands and take the car. Tv and computer would be privately available. House work would be very little but having someone to help with that would be great. Main thing is to have a happy atmosphere and a stress free environment for the baby.
Family's Message to Au Pair
Hi
We would be happy first and foremost to have a general helper with the baby. We are bringing her up bilingual , me being english my husband german. We would like her to speak also a 3rd language in the future, spanish. Therefore we would like a spanish speaker. We live directly in duesseldorf, a nice town set on the river rhein which is very centrally located as far as europe goes, bordering holland and belgium. There are lots of possibilities to learn German if you are interested or to improve your english as we both speak these languages fluently. We are cool and uncomplicated and have a nice home.
