My wife and I are looking to find a dynamic au pair or nanny who can integrate into our family. We have two very active daughters age 3 1/2 and 4 1/2. We enjoy spending as much quality time out as possible, but could use some help to keep our children safe and growing when we are at work.

ideally the person will be able to drive the children to activities, as well as teach them new languages and skills.

in addition the person should be able to show them a great deal of affection and love when my wife and are away from them. they are both very loving children and we want whoever joins the family to be the same.
