Au Pair job description
Au pair's main concern will be the children, with some associated housework and cooking. Parents work shiftwork so some overnight care and weekends will be required, however when parents not working, au pair's time is their own.
Family's Message to Au Pair
We are a professional easygoing couple with two boisterous boys and a very friendly dog. We will be moving to a little village on the outskirts of Peterhead, 30 miles north of Aberdeen next January. We will provide you with your own room and an area for you to study. Our interests include walking the dog, plenty of fresh air for the boys. We also like movies and music, decorating and a bit of gardening. We are not ones for watching a lot of tv though. We attend church but would not expect you to attend. Our work means that we do not do regular hours but it also means that you will have a lot of free time. We like the odd bottle of wine but are not frequent drinkers, and we would expect the same of our au pair. We would try our best to make you feel at home, and also to help you with your education.
