Au Pair or Nanny job description
We are looking for a live-in nanny who loves infants and toddlers and has good experience working with them! Our youngest daughter is four months old in December so will require plenty of TLC, although she is a super easy baby! Our oldest daughter is 3 1/2 and a very happy girl who attends preschool 3 mornings a week. We'd also like someone who is willing to do some housework, kids laundry and light cleaning. Cooking a plus.
Hrs would be 40 - 45/wk (approx. 8 - 5) w/weekends off. Pay is $800 - 1000/mo DOE in addition to room w/private bathroom and board. In-room TV and computer provided. 2 weeks pd. vacation/year.
Family's Message to Au Pair or Nanny
We are a young at heart couple with two sweet girls. We love the outdoors and would love to find someone who wants to take our girls on walks and to the park or bundle them up to make a snowman. We also try to be fairly healthy and would like to find someone who supports a healthy diet for our girls.
We feel reading and singing are very important as well so would like to have someone willing to read to the girls and/or teach them songs/music/etc.
Our youngest daughter (4 mos.) is an adopted African American and we'd love to have someone who could teach us about how to do her her when she gets a bit older! (Not a job requirement, tho.)
