Why has my account been deactivated?
Your account may be deactivated automatically if you do not sign in to your registered account for a period of 45 days. This means that your profile will not appear in the results of any searches. You will be notified via your registered email address that your account has been deactivated. If you do not re-activate your account within 15 days of de-activation, your account will be automatically deleted from the GreatNannies database and web site. Static or stale accounts are deleted to maintain the highest quality of service for our member community.
